Accelerate Vaccination Program in Central Java, Central Java Regional Police Distribute 18,000 Vaccine Vials to 35 Police Stations

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Semarang. The head of the Central Java Regional Police Pol. Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, inspect the arrival of 18,000 vials of Covid-19 vaccine received by the Central Java Police during this period at the HIPPINDO vaccination center of the Ministry of Koperasi and National Armed Forces Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs-TNI ) at the Diponegoro University Auditorium.

The two-star general said tens of thousands of doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine had been distributed to 35 Pol. Stations in the jurisdiction of the Central Java Regional Police.

"The National Police received as much as 30 percent or a total of 18,000 vials which have been distributed to each stations," explained the Central Java Regional Police Chief.

With this additional vaccine, his party will hold a mass vaccination of 2,000 doses specifically for the Greater Solo area on Saturday (07/31) tomorrow.

"On the 31st, we will finalize almost 2,000 doses specifically for kick-off for students, we will focus on it in Solo," explained the Central Java Regional Police Chief.

Meanwhile, the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, added that the community had begun to adapt to the Astrazeneca vaccine.

The Governor of Central Java said that achieving herd immunity in a country would provide a sense of comfort to the community.
