Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Police Chief General of Police Listyo Sigit Prabowo has given 2,850 awards to members of the National Police. The award is given for the service and dedication of members while on duty.
"During the leadership of General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, as many as 2,850 awards were given to members," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Pol. Inspector-General Argo Yuwono in a written statement, Thursday (10/28/2021).
Argo detailed, as many as 91 personnel were awarded the Extraordinary Promotion (KPLB), five personnel were given Posthumous Extraordinary Promotion, 603 personnel were awarded for participating in the Education Program.
Then seven personnel received a Position Promotion, 234 personnel received an award certificate, 23 were awarded a Gold Certificate and Pin, 21 were awarded a Silver Certificate and Pin. Thus, while 1,155 personnel were given Gold Pins, 277 received Silver Pins and 434 Bronze Pins.
"Argo gave an example, one of the members who was given the award was Police Chief Brigadier, Nur Ali Suwandi. The founder of the Bumi Damai Shelter Foundation facilitates social and religious activities such as building mosques, bridges, abandoned children, etc. Police Chief Brigadier, Nur Ali Suwandi, succeeded in building 13 mosques in Yogyakarta. For his dedication and service, he was awarded the Session Initiation Protocol school by the National Police Chief," said Argo.
The two-star general said as the Chief of the National Police ordered that all National Police personnel compete to achieve achievements by their field of duty. Argo emphasised that the National Police Chief wants all levels to contribute and carry out 16 priority programs.
