27 Years of Service, Police Academy Alumni Batch 1994 Held Mass Vaccination in Paku Harbour

Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Serang. Panaluan Big Family Association (IKTP) of Police Academy Alumni Batch 1994 held a mass vaccination event in Paku Harbour, Anyer, Serang regency. This event, themed "Care of Police Academy Class of 1994", was conducted simultaneously in 33 Regional Police across Indonesia. The event was centred at PTIK Auditorium, Jakarta, and officially inaugurated by Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police General Drs Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

The event was also attended by the representatives from Police Academy Class of 1994, the Chief of State Police School (SPN) of Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Noffan Widyayoko; Director of Water and Air Police of Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Giuseppe Reinhard Gultom; and Auditor of Regional Superintendent of Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Andri S.

When being approached, the Chief of SPN of Banten Regional Police stated that this event was in the form of care of the Police Academy Alumni Batch 1994, the Panaluan Single Battalion, to the communities under the jurisdiction of Banten Regional Police.

"This event is to commemorate the 27 years of service of the Police Academy Alumni Batch 1994, the Panaluan Single Battalion, in the form of conducting mass vaccination for people in Paku Harbour, Anyer district", he said.

Chief of SPN of Banten Regional Police also added that this event is to support the government programme of vaccination acceleration.

"And this is also to our care to help the government in Covid-19 handling acceleration", he added.

Chief of SPN of Banten Regional Police also explained that in this event, Police Academy Alumni Batch 1994 targets 1,000 people being vaccinated.

"I hope this vaccination event could increase immunity and form the herd immunity in the community", he concluded.

Meanwhile, the Director of Water and Air Police of Banten Regional Police also encouraged people around Paku Harbour to support the vaccination event.

"Until now, there are still many fishermen on the coastal community who have not been vaccinated yet. Therefore, I encouraged all people not to be afraid of getting vaccinated because the vaccine could avoid Coronavirus transmission", he concluded
