Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Serang. In the framework of 25 years of service to the Republic of Indonesia, the 1996 Bharatasena Alumni of Military Academy carried out vaccination activities for children with disabilities in Serang City, Thursday (09/23/21).
The event was also attended by representatives of the 1996 Bharatasena Alumni at the Banten Regional Police, namely Banten Regional Police's Chief of Police for Planning and Development, Pol. Grand Commissioner Wingky Adhityo Kusumo, Director of Special Crime, Pol. Grand commissioner Dedi Supriadi, Director of Security and Maintenances, Pol. Grand Commissioner Edy Sumardi, Commander of Mobile Brigade of Banten Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Dwi Yanto Nugroho, Deputy Head of the Banten State Police Academy, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Wahyu and Head of the Banten Police Information and Logistic Bureau, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Mustika Zaman.
"Today, I am reviewing the implementation of the vaccination organized by the Alumni of Indonesian Military Police 1996 of Bharatasena, wherein its implementation I appreciate this activity. I was considering that this vaccination activity is different from previous vaccination activities. Today, children with disabilities are being vaccinated," explained Banten Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector-General. Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, at the Banten Regional Police's Medical and Health Clinic.
The two-star general hopes that this vaccination activity can prevent the transmission of Covid-19 to the community, especially to people with disabilities.
"This is one of our efforts in handling Covid-19 in the jurisdiction of the Banten Regional Police. For that, I hope that through this vaccination activity, we can increase the immunity of our brothers and sisters, namely people with disabilities," explained the Banten Regional Police Chief.
The vaccination activity for people with disabilities was attended by 40 students from the State Special School (SKH) 02 located on Jalan Raya Peter Kp Prapatan, Curug District, Serang City.
