20th National Sports Week in Papua Finished, Noken Community Development Unit and Youths of KNPI of Deiyai Regency Still Actively Reminds Health Protocols to Society

Papua - The PEKA (Caring the Community Security and Order) programme, as one of five innovation programmes of the Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) of Papua, keeps moving and reaching the communities. Just like the activity conducted on Monday, October 25, 2021, at 09.30, at the Waghete village, Tigi district, Deiyai regency, where the Binmas Noken of Deiyai region and the Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI) of Deiyai regency advised Waghete people to maintain the neighbourhood cleanliness and observe Health Protocols.

Binmas Noken personnel, Police Inspector Second Class Frans Maraya (Chief of Regional Coordinator), Police Sub-Inspector Second Class Semin Pakage (member), Police Chief Brigadier Agustinus Bawan (member), and the Chairman of KNPi of Deiyai regency, Yance Edowai, distributed rubbish plastic bags, face masks, and handschoen to the sellers at the Waghete market and the surrounding communities and advises all people to clean the garbage in their neighbourhood into the distributed rubbish plastic bags and observe Health Protocols prevent Covid-19 transmission. The collected garbage is then picked up and brought to the landfill in Yaba village. The activity ran smoothly and was warmly appreciated by the people.
