Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Bali. To ensure the health and safety of the delegates of the G20 Nusa Dua Bali Summit, the Bali Police dispatched a food safety team from Medical and Health personnel, Tuesday (11/8/2022.)
This team collaborates with the food safety team from the Indonesian Army who are tasked with checking the safety of the menus served to the delegates and heads of state who attended the event.
Bali Police Head of Public Relations, Commissioner Satake Bayu, said that to maintain the safety of the food menu, the team will prepare reagents to check the content of toxic heavy metals such as lead, cyanide, and arsenic. "This is to ensure that the food menu is free from harmful substances," he said.
The team will check one by one the food that will be served to guests in the dining room. "So, before the food was served, it has been checked to ensure its safety," explained the Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police.
Not only that, to ensure the health of the guests, the delegation was also prepared by a health team and an ambulance to anticipate emergency matters.
