South Sumatra Regional Police Support and Succeed the Palembang City Vaccination Program

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Palembang. South Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Pol. General Inspector Eko Indra Heri, visited the people of Palembang City to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination at Palembang Icon Modern Market, Tuesday (06/15/21).
Pol. General Inspector Eko Indra Heri S explained that the vaccination activities carried out by the Palembang Police Station's Health Matters were very good which aimed to protect the community from the Covid-19 outbreak considering that we often interact directly with the community.
In the same place, the Palembang Police Station's Chairman of Health Matters, dr. Launa Munazat said that the implementation of this vaccination was in the context of the 75th anniversary of Bhayangkara and a health promotion event for the community so that people should not be afraid to be vaccinated because of hoax news about vaccines, besides that the aim is to make the Palembang City Vaccination Program a success.
Head of Public Relations of South Sumatra Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Supriadi said this activity was a form of the Police's concern for the community and educating the public about health protocols.
Pol. Grand Commissioner. Supriadi, said that this activity was attended by 250 people, consisting of the Police Family, the Elderly, Public Servants and the general public. The vaccination activity is a collaboration between the Palembang Police Station's Health Matters, the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office and supports from the Palembang Icon Modern Market Management.
