Tribratanews.polri.go.id - The Central Kalimantan Regional Police held a social charity service by distributing 1,000 food supplies to the poor in several places in Palangka Raya City. The social activity was held to celebrate the 74th Anniversary of Indonesian Police Women and the 71st Bhayangkari Movement Unity Day.
Central Kalimantan Police Chief, Inspector General Drs. Nanang Avianto, said that the charity was a form of gratitude of the Policewomen in celebrating their anniversary.
“I hope with that aids, it could help those who received it,” said the Central Kalimantan Police Chief, Tuesday (8/2).
The Head of Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Police, Commissioner Kismanto Eko Saputro, said that the charity was carried out at three different locations, which in Pelatuk Street, Menteng Village, and Rambang Harbor.
The Central Kalimantan Deputy Chief of Police also went directly to help distribute the food supplies in several locations.
The 1,000 food supplies were given to those who needs it. This act of charity was done by the Policewomen of Central Kalimantan Police, and hoped this aid could ease their struggles and motivates them to keep on living.
"At this social service, we gave 1,000 food supplies to the people in need in Palangka Raya," explained the Head of Public Relations of Central Kalimantan Police.
