To celebrate the 76th Bhayangkara Day, more than 1,300 participants enlivened the running competition held by the National Police (Polri), o Sunday, June 26 2022, at Poso City, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi.
The Sogili Runner, which is held as part of various events in celebrating the 76th Bhayangkara Day, was opened directly by the Governor of Central Sulawesi, Rusdy Mastura, and were accompanied by thye Head of Special Detachment (Kadensus) 88, Inspector General Marthinus Hukom, Poso Regent, and Poso Police Chief, AKBP Rentrix.
In the running competition, which is centered around Poso City, there are three categories. The first is the 5-kilometer master runner and the 5 and 10-kilometer categories, which are followed by athletes and the general public.
The Governor of Central Sulawesi, Rusdy Mastura when opening the running competition said this activity was a moment to show other regions that Poso is a safe and peaceful area.
"This running competition is not only looking for running athletes in Central Sulawesi, but also an arena for tolerance and peace," said the Governor of Central Sulawesi.
Likewise, Kadensus 88 Polri hopes that this running competition can be beneficial for the community ahead of the 76th Bhayangkara Day, and is also beneficial for the general health and enlivening sports in Poso Regency.
