The National Police Traffic Corps Helps the Victims of Fire in Simprug Jakarta

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - The Head of the National Police Traffic Corps, Inspecror General Firman Shatyabudi, and his personnel, went to Simprug, South Grogol, South Jakarta, to see the houses that had been burned down by a large fire. His visit was meant to help the victims whose house was burned by giving them food supplies, to ease their burden. 

Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi first said his condolences to the tragedy that befell to the victims, and hoped that the aids from the Police could ease their sadness, even if it's just a little. 

"We hoped that we could help you with these aids, and I hoped that it could be useful for you and the family," said Inspector General Firman., Wednesdsy (9/21). 

Other than giving aids, the entourage also inspects the location of the fire. In his inspection he saw that several houses has been already being rebuilt. 

Meanwhile, the local head, Warno, thanked Inspector General and his entourage for the aids. He hopes that the distributed food supplies can be useful for fire victims.

"I thank you for the visit and handed over your aids to our people, hopefully the provisions that you gave us can be useful," thanked Warno.

Warno said that about a month ago, there was a fire on Sunday (8/21) that burned down 115 houses and affected 160 families or around 555 people.

For the aids that were given by the National Police Traffic Corps, they sent 107,200 food supplies simultaneously through Regional Polices throughout Indonesia to the people in need. This provisions is part of their gratitude in welcoming the 67th anniversary of Traffic Unit in September 22nd, 2022.
