Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jambi. The Chief of Indonesian National Police (INP), General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, directly appreciated the joint team that evacuated the Jambi Regional Police Chief's entourage, Inspector General Rusdi Hartono last Tuesday (21/2/23). General Sigit also expressed his gratitude for the rescue effort on Tamiai Hill.

During the evacuation, TNI (Indonesian National Army) soldier Ahmad Novrizal escorted the Jambi Regional Police Chief's stretcher from below to the helicopter until it 'spun' due to strong winds. However, the process runs safely and smoothly.

"On behalf of the Indonesian National Police, I thank you," said General Sigit while shaking hands one by one with the joint evacuation team at Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Airport, Jambi, Wednesday (2/22/23).

Appreciation is also conveyed to all heads of relevant agencies who have helped with the evacuation process from the helicopter group. It is undeniable that the evacuation process was not easy, considering the extreme weather and the steep evacuation sites.

According to him, with the cooperation and toughness of the joint team, on the second day of the rescue, the ground and air groups managed to reach the location. This proves that the synergy between the TNI, INP and related agencies is valuable.

On the other hand, Sigit hopes that all victims will recover after receiving intensive care from the team of doctors who have been prepared. Not only that, but by having these victims rescued, the families and colleagues can feel more at ease.

"So please pray that all the victims can recover and be healthy after this. Of course, doctors can provide the best treatment. So that our members can recover soon as before, and of course the families at home who have been waiting all this time, friends who are all waiting, of course, this can cure all of us. And also to media friends who have been closely following us for the past few days," said General Sigit.
