Jambi Police Chief Optimistic in Bringing His Institution to be Better

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jambi. Jambi Regional Police Chief Inspector General Rusdi Hartono held a Commander Wish at the Jambi Police Headquarters Hall, Friday (21/10/22). At the event, the Regional Police Chief gave directions and his vision for the future that the Jambi Regional Police personnel would face.

"I want all of us to be a good member of the National Police together. I am very confident and optimistic that Jambi Regional Police is in the right path to be better," explained Inspector General Rusdi Hartono on his remarks, as reported by okejambi.com, Friday (10/21/22).

He stated to the personnel, especially to the police chiefs in Jambi, to make some innovations by reviewing directly the current situations in the field. Then, carry out an assessment of the problems, determine the main problem, then took the most effective steps in resolving it.

"As for the emphasis on prevention, prioritize the principles of morality, decency, and professionalism. Because in carrying out our main duty, leaders must be at the front and be role models in decision-making," said the two-star general.

According to the Inspector General Rusdi Hartono, as a leader, they are expected to be able to provide solutions, not be a source of problems, and is heroic, empathetic and solid. So, if a conflict problem arises, they can intervene immediately and resolve it before the problem got bigger.

"If there is news about an area at sectoral or resort level that is viral on social media, I ask that it must be clarified within 2 hours. Let us join hands and unite so that we can answer the challenges and expectations of the community," he explained.
