Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jambi. All members of the Jambi Regional Police are prohibited from being unjust in law enforcement. Everything must be done according to the law. This was confirmed by the Jambi Police Chief Inspector General Rusdi Hartono at the Technical Working Meeting (Rakernis) of the Criminal Investigation Function, in Monday (11/21).
During the meeting, the Regional Police Chief also conveyed to the Criminal Investigation personnel that they must become the investigators who work professionally and fulfill a sense of justice for the community. This was stated becauselately, there have been several negative stigma within the institution which have led to a lack of public trust in the POLRI. For this reason, it is the joint duty of all levels of the National Police to uphold the law fairly and justly.
"So we must try to improve the image of the National Police again at this time. One of them is carrying out our duties properly and fairly," said the Regional Police Chief.
In addition to upholding justice, the Regional Police Chief reminded personnel to be responsive and quick in providing information on the development of cases to the public. So that the public can know the process of case handling at the Jambi Regional Police.
"All personnel must be able to fulfill a sense of justice by prioritizing restorative justice. Apart from that, while they can also provide solutions to any existing problems," he explained.
