Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Head of Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), Inspector General Firman Santyabudi, M. Sc, inspect KM45, KM47, KM69, and KM70 in Cikampek Toll. This was done to prepare the flow scheme and the return flow of Homecoming of Eid 2022 in Cikampek Toll.
Kakorlantas said that this inspection was done to prepare the toll that will be used by the people in Homecoming 2022. Meanwhile, Traffic Corps (Korlantas) will also coordinate with Jasa Marga in facing the Homecoming 2022.
"Other than preparing the toll road, we will also prepare the necessary steps in providing the service to the people who do the homecoming," said Kakorlantas Polri at the Jasa Marga office in KM70 Toll Cikampek, Tuesday (29/3/2022).
The Two-Star General also stated that based on the initial data of the flow and volume of the homecoming, the authorities expected there will be huge numbers of people in homecoming 2022. However, Korlantas will continue to monitor the development.
"So, we will continue to coordinate and monitor the situation on the field. We will also prepare anticipation steps in facing a high flow of homecoming such as management in increasing the capacity of the line of the road," he said.
He adds that in KM45, KM47, KM69, and KM70 of Cikampek Toll there will be a contraflow scheme, even a one-way scheme if there is a long traffic jam.
"Once again, to increase the volume capacity of the road we are still checking the in and out of the road. However it is, we will recheck it," he said.
Not only in KM45-70 but the South Cikampek Toll will also be checked. This road is expected to cut the traveling from Jakarta to Cikampek from the south if the construction of this road is finished.
"We have a high expectation with this preparation from all aspects, such as the facilities in the road, and also the officers in the field, and most importantly the people who will use this road," he said
During the inspection, Kakorlantas was accompanied by The Director of Law Enforcement of Korlantas Polri, Brigadier General Aan Suhanan, The Head Operational of Korlantas Polri, Commissioner Eddy Junaedi, and Commissioner Juni.
