Ahead of 2022 Christmas and New Year Eve, the National Police Traffic Corps inspects the preparation of 2022-23 Lilin Operation at Executive Pier 6, Merak-Bakauheni Port, Banten, Wednesday (12/7).
“On this occassion, we aim to strengthen our communication and make it easier for the people to cross by maintaining the order at ticketing and at traffic,” said the Head of National Police Traffic Corps, Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi, Wednesday (12/7).
He says that with a strong synergy between stakeholders and the community, it is expected that the situation during 2022 Christmas and New Year Eve could be well secured. Therefore he urged the community to be well prepared before travelling.
“Christmas and New Year Eve are big days, especially when both of those days coincidated with weekends. Therefore I asked the community to carefully consider their preparation before travelling,” said Inspector General Firman.
