Lampung Police Chief, Inspector General Akhmad Wiyagus, visited the Mesuji Police Headquarters, Thursday (4/8/2022). Mesuji Police Chief, AKBP Yuli Haryudo, and his personnel welcomed the arrival of the Lampung Regional Police Chief.
His visit to Mesuji Police HQ is to discuss about the conflicts of agraria.
“Regarding the handling of agrarian conflicts, I suggest that you should not take sides. We must be the mediator between the two Parties, and carry out Preemptive and Preventive Activities, and solve the problem with other stakeholders in resolving existing Problems. Then the Implementation of Prevention should not only on patrol, but must carry out dialogue with the community," said the Lampung Police Chief.
"What has become a breakthrough to the Mesuji Police in maintaining the security in Mesuji has to be maintained and improved. The National Police Chief's Policy on Precise Police Transformation must be implemented, in order to increase Public Trust in Police Members. Public trust in the Police is greatly influenced by the Behavior of Police Members, therefore Propam must continue to supervise members of the Police," said the Lampung Police Chief.
At the end of his speech, the Lampung Regional Police Chief advised, "Please take care of your health and love your family, because family is the place we return to and because they are a reflection of us as members of the police."
