During the patrol of the NTT Police Samapta Directorate dispersed a drinking party in Kupang City.
The teenagers who held that party was found by the patrol officer, led by Aipda Dickson H Lay, during their routine patrol on Tuesday (9/14).
"When passing on Kosasih street, Kampung Solor Village, Kota Lama District, Kupang City, we found these young men drinking an alcohol," he said.
He explained that the evidence found at the location, which is a traditional sopi alcohol, was immediately destroyed at the location, while the youths were lectured by the officers about the negative impact on consuming a liquor.
"After being lectured, they were immediately asked to return to their homes and not to repeat that again," he explained.
In addition, during this patrol, they also visited several public places in the city of Kupang which were considered often occured social disturbances. The patrol itself is a routine activity that is aimed to maintain public safety and security.
