Directorate of Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police will Tightly Guard Every Border

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Semarang. Directorate of Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police tightly guarding several border locations in Central Java in response to the Emergency PPKM (Public Activity Limitation Enforcement) enforcement.

Director of Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Rudy Syafiruddin, said that the activity is an effort of Indonesian National Police through the Traffic Police Corps of Indonesian National Police in conducting Emergency PPKM. One of them by establishing checkpoints.

The Directorate of the Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police will inspect the province borders between West and East Java.

"We are doing this to suppress Covid-19 transmission in Central Java. Therefore, during this Emergency PPKM, Directorate of Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police will close the Central Java border", Police Grand Commissioner Rudy Syafiruddin said.

Besides that, the Directorate of Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police will close all borders of regencies and cities during Emergency PPKM, so anyone entering the area is subjected to an antigen test.

"For example, people from Semarang who went out and going back in are subjected to obligatory antigen test by showing the antigen test statement. This requirement is also valid for all regencies and cities in Central Java", the Middle Officer of Central Java Regional Police explained.

Director of Traffic Police Corps of Central Java Regional Police appeals to people to stay at home to stay healthy and protect the family and conduct 5M and 3T so Central Java could suppress the Covid-19 transmission number and fight Covid-19 together.

"To all Central Javanese, complete all letters required during the Emergency PPKM because we will check them. Either from Armed Forces-Police or the general public, we will check them all", Police Grand Commissioner Rudy Syafiruddin concluded.
