“Basic health services are important for everyone. But in reality, especially because of the pandemic, more than 2 billion people do not have access to health services," explained Burce in an online discussion in Bali, (14/11/22).

Bruce Aylward conveyed that the entire world health system is currently experiencing crisis. This was proven when the world lost more than 15 million health workers due to Covid-19.

"There must be cooperation to add enough health workers, and provide them with vaccines and sufficient training so they can do their duties well and safely," said the Senior Adviser Director of World Health (WHO) quoted by investor.id

Bruce Aylward then praised Indonesia had done an extraordinary job because they had ensured that they have enough health workers and then ensuring that they have proper training and equipment they need, especially during a pandemic.

"Indonesia has worked hard to make more vaccines, as well as how to make more cures, and how to expand the production capacity," explained the Team Leader of the World Health Organization.
