Tribratanews.polrl.go.id - Jakarta. The National Police (Polri) is currently preparing to secure the Eid al-Adha 1443 Hijri which falls on July 10, 2022. Head of the Public Relations Division (Kadiv Humas) of Polri, Inspector General Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, M. Hum., M.Sc., M.M., explained that preparations were also being made by the Regional Police accross Indonesia for security in their respective areas.
"Yes, the Regional Police have prepared to secure Eid al-Adha accordingly," explained Kadiv Humas Polri, Monday (4/7/2022).
He added that security will also be carried out on a number of toll roads to anticipate traffic congestion during the homecoming flow ahead of Eid al-Adha. Regarding this, the Two-Star General explained that the Chief of Polri’s Traffic Corps had prepared it.
"The Korlantas has also prepared a security plans on toll roads," he said..
The government has set the Eid al-Adha day of 10 Zulhijah 1443 Hijri to fall on Sunday (10/7/2022). The decision was taken through a series of isbats which were held on Wednesday (29/6/2022).
