Tribratanews.polri.go.id - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police has prepared a special strategy to manage the density of traffic flows ahead of the 2022 World Superbike. One of the options in managing the traffic engineering are reducing the number of shuttle buses to those that will serve the audience is a special concern for the success of the event.
"We will continue to apply traffic engineering and will adjust to the conditions on the field later, but what is clear is that we will reduce the number of shuttle buses," explained the Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Commissioner Artanto, Wednesday, (28/09/22).
Another strategy that has been prepared, he continued, is by bringing the audience parking area closer to the location of the circuit, both from the east and west. The effort was made to break the queue of spectators' vehicles, including the use of the shuttle bus.
"The shuttle bus will stop at the Nurul Bilad mosque, while those from the east will stop at the Ed roundabout, so the audience will then walk to the location," said the NTB Regional Police Intermediate Officer.
Police Commissioner, Artanto, said that they have increased the numbers of parking lot to avoid congestion.
"The audience will still walk to the circuit. It's just that the location is much closer when compared to last year," Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police
