Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Security preparations ahead of Christmas 2022 and New Year Eve 2023 continue to be carried out by the Jambi Regional Police. During the Lilin Operation, the Jambi Regional Police will establish a number of security posts and service posts to serve the community.
"We will later hold a meeting at the Jambi Regional Police HQ with relevant agencies. Especially in anticipating terror incidents and disturbances in the community and security at places of worship and other crowded places," explained the Head of Jambi Police Public Relations, Commissioner Mulia Prianto, Jum'at (12/16).
Previously, they had carried out a cross-sectoral coordination meeting ahead of Christmas and New Year's security preparations to level their perceptions so that everything would run safely, smoothly and in an orderly manner.
"To safeguard Christmas and New Year's Eve, we will cooperate with all parties, including community organizations. So that people can celebrate Christmas solemnly and safely, while those who are having holidays could enjoy their time," said the Head of Public Relations of Jambi.
