Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Metro Jaya Police has prepared 8,000 personnel to secure the 2022 Christmas and 2023 New Year Eve celebrations in Jakarta and its surrounding areas. Thousands of personnel will be stationed at a number of vital points. Among them, places of worship and tourist destination areas.
Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner Endra Zulpan explained that the technical security for the Christmas and New Year Eve holiday in Jakarta, it would be decided in a coordination meeting with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is planned to be held next week.
"What is clear is that the level of operation is not much different from last year, there are only differences in the provisions in places of entertainment and crowded places," explained the Head of Public Relations as quoted from the pmjnews, Friday (12/16).
