The Indonesian National Police (INP) health team who are part of the Emergency Medical Team (EMT) of the Crisis Center of RI Ministry of Health continues to provide health service in an Indonesian field hospital in Hatay City, including general polyclinic, orthopedic, anesthesia, and dental services.
“Until yesterday (20/2/2023), we have handled 624 earthquake victims,” said the Head of Public Information Bureau of Public Relation Division of INP Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan on Tuesday (21/2/23).
He explained that the majority of the patients treated at the Indonesian field hospital suffered acute respiratory infections, muscle pain, and skin diseases.
“The team will continue to provide maximum health services for the victims of the earthquake,” he said.
In addition to the health services in the field hospital, the team also conducted home visits to reach more victims.
