Uncooperative, The North Sumatra Police Banned the Family of Apin BK

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Medan. The North Sumatra Police asked the Immigration Office to ban the family of Apin BK, online gambling boss Cemara Asri, from going abroad. It is reported that they have also become wanted people by Interpol. The ban will be carried out for the next 20 days.

“The family of Apin BK, including the children, his wife, and several other relatives, are banned for being uncooperative. They didn’t came to the first and the second summoning as witnesses,” said the Head of Public Relations of North Sumatra Police, Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi, Friday (10/7).

He adds that them being uncooperative could meant that they are also involved in the criminal act of Alpin BK. Therefore, the investigator are still investigating this case, including the the family of Apin BK.

"It is possible that investigators will also ask for legal/criminal accountability to their families," explained Commissioner Hadi.

Previously, the investigators have summoned two times four family members of Apin BK, which includes his children and his wife. At first they came to the first summoning on Tuesday (9/27) and examined from 10:00 WIB to 22:00 WIB.

The second summoning was supposed to held on the next day, Wednesday, however they sent a letter stated that they are feeling unwell. To prove their statement, the investigator sends their medical team to their house, and decided that they will be examined on Friday (9/30). However, on the second summoning they still did not answer the summoning.
