South Tangerang Traffic Police officials announced that mobile Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ELTE) would be employed in early December 2022.
“On December 5th, 2022, we will employed mobile ETLE. The device will be installed in South Tangerang car patrols,” said Head of South Tangerang Traffic Police, AKP Dicky Sutarman at HQ, quoted from pmjnews, Tuesday (12/6).
The ETLE mobile would capture automatically if it founds any violations on the traffic, and the data would be transferred to the system and verified by the office to be sent to the violator’s address, police says.
“For now, we send eight personnel for ETLE mobile, with six of them in the back office while the two would patrol on the road,” said AKP Dicky.
He adds that other than enforcing the law, his party would also open an ETLE service post that will operate on Monday-Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00 WIB.
