West Java Police implores the community to not be swayed by quick moneys that scattered around in social medias and internet.
The Head of West Java Police Public Relations, Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo said that nowadays, there are many new scam methods, one of which is by offering investments that will sprout huge profit, through social media.
“Those unfortunate incident often happens because of lack of monitoring and supervision towards this crimes through social media, which makes every layer of community to be prone of this scams which offers huge profit with small efforts,” said Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo, Monday (12/5).
Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo stated that many of the victims still lack of knowledge regarding investment and loans, which makes them easy targets for the scammers.
