Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Metro Jaya Police Traffic Directorate has implemented ETLE Mobile and has succeeded in taking action against traffic violators by capturing their images. The violations captured by the ETLE Mobile cameras cover all vehicles, including cars and motorbikes.
“Those who were caught on camera are those who violated traffic laws because they did not use a helmet, went against the flow, violated traffic signs, did not use a seat belt, and were caught in an odd-even system,” explained the Director of Traffic Metro Jaya Police, Commissioner Latif Usman, Thursday (12/15).
Hee revealed that each patrol vehicle have been installed with ETLE Mobile, where on average they could took a picture up to 250 violations per day. The amount depends on the path they traversed.
The ETLE mobile car patrols covers all road that are not covered with ETLE static cameras.
"Hopefully within one week we will be able to find out which routes have been prone to accidents and prone to violations. After that, we will continue to intensify our patrol on those routes," concluded Commissioner Latif Usman.
